What types of vehicles do you service?
We service most makes and models of cars and light commercial vehicles, including petrol, diesel, electric, and hybrid systems. Please contact us if you have a specific vehicle in mind.
Do I need to book an appointment, or can I just show up?
We recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability and minimise waiting time. However, we do accept walk-ins when space allows.
How long does a typical repair take?
It depends on the type of repair. Minor services may take 1–2 hours, while major repairs can take longer. We’ll always give you an estimated completion time after an initial inspection.
Can I wait while my car is being repaired?
Yes, we are a certified MOT test centre. You can book your MOT online or by phone.
Do you offer MOT testing?
Yes, we have a waiting area with free Wi-Fi and refreshments. For longer repairs, we can arrange local transport options or notify you when your vehicle is ready for pickup.
Is your work guaranteed?
Do you use genuine or aftermarket parts?
We offer both options. By default, we use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or equivalent quality parts. Let us know if you have a specific preference.
Can you collect and return my vehicle?
Yes, we offer local collection and delivery for your convenience, especially if you’re unable to visit the garage. Just let us know when booking.
Do you work with fleet or business vehicles?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (except AMEX), contactless payments, bank transfers and cash.
