Booking and Scheduling
Customers can schedule appointments via our website, phone, or integrated WhatsApp service. Business clients may request recurring bookings for fleet servicing. Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.


Authority to Drive
Customers give the Company employees express authority to use their vehicle on the highway and other appropriate places for the purposes of inspection, service, repair and testing.


Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards (excluding AMEX), bank transfers, and contactless payments. Unless prior arrangements exist, payment is due upon completion of the work and once the customer has been informed that the vehicle is ready for collection. Payment must be made before the vehicle is released. Fleet clients may qualify for monthly invoicing agreements. Overdue payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.


Collection of Vehicle
If the vehicle is not collected by the customer within seven days from notification of the completion of the work, the Company may charge a reasonable daily rate for the storage of the vehicle.


Insurance
We coordinate with most major insurers and can offer assistance with claim processing. All work requiring insurance approval must be confirmed before commencement.


Work Scope
All work is quoted in advance with an itemized estimate, either verbal or written. Any variation in cost or scope will be communicated and approved before proceeding. Please allow for potential delays when specialist parts or EV diagnostic tools are required.


Warranties
We provide a 12-month warranty on labour and parts supplied by us, excluding wear-and-tear items. Fleet clients may request extended warranties through service contracts.


Cancellation Policy
Standard customers must give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Business clients with fleet accounts have more flexible cancellation windows based on their contract terms. Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.


Data Protection
Customer data is used only for service delivery, appointment reminders, and updates. We do not sell or share your data.


Liability and Damage
Subject to any applicable law, all vehicles and personal items are left entirely at the customer’s risk. The Company will not be liable in any circumstances for any loss or damage thereto.


Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Our garage is compliant with DVSA standards, ULEZ emission testing requirements, and health and safety legislation. We are licensed to carry out electric vehicle diagnostics and large commercial vehicle repairs.
